Arsenal have completed the signing of Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac, according to reports in Germany.The Gunners have been linked with a move for the 23-year-old, who has impressed at Schalke and scored three Bundesliga goals coupled with five assists this season, and it seems Arsene Wenger has beaten European giants Juventus and Manchester City to seal his first signing of the summer.Schalke fans appeared to say goodbye to Kolasinac at the weekend, with the defender already expected to leave the club after a successful campaign, and reports of Arsenal signing the Bosnia and Herzegovina international began to pick up after the club's 1-1 draw with Hamburg.The signing could leave the futures of current Arsenal left-backs Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs in doubt. Monreal has established himself ahead of understudy Gibbs as Arsenal's first-choice let-back in recent years, but the Spaniard could be forced into a squad role should the signing be made official in the summer.Gibbs has made appearances recently as Wenger continues to experiment with a three-man defence, playing as a wing-back, but missed the 4-1 win over Stoke on Saturday with Monreal again preferred.Arsenal are currently fifth in the Premier League, a point behind Liverpool who play West Ham later on Sunday.
