Arsenal receives massive transfer news on Maharez , Sanchez and Ozil

Arsene Wenger Hints at Future Offer for Leicester Star & Rules Out Departures of Key Arsenal Pair

The Algerian confirmed last month that he is looking to leave the former Premier League champions after their mid-table finish last season, and Arsenal have been linked with the player in the past. Wenger admitted as such in an interview with beIN Sports, though did confirm that the club have not made a bid for the player. Not yet, anyway.
He said: “We have not made a bid, but personally, I like the player, yes. I think he made a huge impact when they won the championship. Like everybody else at Leicester, this season has been more challenging, but it doesn’t take away from his qualities.
“Have we made a bid for him? No. Not yet. No, we have not. When I say ‘not yet’ it means it could happen. It might not happen.”

Wenger also took the time to address the futures of key pair Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, who each are set to enter the final year of their contracts. Both players are pushing for substantial pay rises, though the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Chelsea are believed to be keen on securing a deal for the Chilean.
His manager however, in the same interview, exuded confidence over the futures of both players: "They love the club, they integrate well the values of the club and live the football we play. They are under contract for another season.
"This summer, first of all, they will stay at the club and hopefully we can extend their contracts. We cannot weaken the club or the team unless we can find someone of the same calibre and they absolutely want to believe.
“If you sign a contract somewhere then you sign to give your best for the rest of the contract.”
