Breaking News on Sanchez and Chamberlain's future .

Arsenal are ready to show their resolve in this summer's transfer market by keeping both Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at the club - despite both players running into the final year of their respective contracts.
It's been quite a hectic summer already for Arsenal. After Arsene Wenger signed a new two-year deal with the Gunners, the French manager came under serious pressure to make a big impact on the current transfer market - and he's so far delivered.
After confirming the signing of Sead Kolasinac from Schalke in early June, a month later the north London outfit have announced the club record signing of Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette for a reported £43m plus around £10-15m in add-ons - clearly marking intent from Wenger.
However, in what could be considered his most courageous move of the window, the Daily Star are claiming that he will not allow either Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain or Alexis Sanchez leave the club this summer, least of all to a Premier League rival.

Sanchez has been linked with a £50m move to Manchester City whereas the Ox is reportedly a £35m target of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Sanchez's distinct unhappiness at the Emirates reportedly stems from the club's finish outside of the top four last season - missing out on Champions League football, whereas Chamberlain seemed to be surplus to requirements at the Emirates Stadium until given the opportunity at wing-back at the back end of last season.
With Wenger willing to let both players run their contracts into their final 12 months, he's showing some serious ambition for the coming season, giving Arsenal fans a reason to get excited.
With potential new signings still to come into north London, Arsenal could be on the verge of a very good campaign.
