Arsenal were put after Julian Draxler after Unai Emery announced today the German winger that he is not on the Paris plan after the arrival of Neymar, writes The Times.
The London club has been tempted to sign Draxler several times, last summer.
According to The Times, Paris Saint-Germain is looking for £ 32m to release the 23-year-old's card.
The German representative joined PSG from Wolfsburg just seven months ago for £ 35.5m, signing a four-year contract with the Parisians.
Inter and Dortmund have also expressed interest, but Draxler's salary, worth some £ 90,000 a week, may be a problem for these two clubs .
